Customer Services Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work closely with the Head Office Team on customer service projects aimed at retaining and developing our core customer base – NOT A CALL CENTRE
– Handle incoming calls and emails generated from customers and branches relating to customer service
– Update relevant systems and filing relating to customer service enquiries
– Liaise with the Production, Transport and other members of the management team regarding new enquiries and customer service issues
– Communicate with customers regarding compensation and resolution of issues
– Report directly to the Office manager and Area manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

– Experience in customer service handling
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud based CRM systems
– Fluent written and spoken English
– Good telephone manner
– Minimum 3 years office experience
– Finance knowledge advantageous

Dry Cleaning Spotter

We require an experience Spotter who is passionate about fabrics and knows what it takes to treat the most troublesome stains. The right candidate will be trained to the highest standards and have a thorough understanding of the latest treatments available.

Ability to train and coach other team members.

You will be responsible for a busy dry cleaning department and managing 8 dry cleaning machines and up to 80 loads per day. Knowledge of service schedule and maintenance is a key requirement.

Part -time Office Administrator

American Dry Cleaning Company is London’s leading brand in Dry Cleaning, established in 1990, we are the largest independent dry cleaning company in London. We employ over 160 happy staff, and currently have over 37 retail outlets throughout London in prime affluent areas. To be considered for this role you must have:

Ability to communicate confidently with customers

Age: 25 with Full UK driving licence for over 2 years – Van driving experience.

Must have good previous work references – Be able to work day/night time
Work 5 out of any given 7 days a week – Must live locally to NW9 area.
