Giving you our personal touch!
With our Premier Service, your garments are handed over to our highly trained and experienced dry cleaning managers. Every garment is carefully inspected for damage and any minor repairs are carried out as part of the service. This includes replacing missing buttons and repairing or replacing damaged zips and other fastenings.
We will also check for forgotten items left in pockets and check the lining, including pocket linings, for rips, holes and tears.
As part of our careful inspection process, our team member will check for stains on your clothes and will pre-treat them before your garment goes through the dry cleaning process. If you are already aware of any stains on your clothes and you know what caused them, it would be helpful to let us know beforehand so we can pre-treat the stain with the most appropriate solution.
If your garment is vintage or has very delicate features or embellishments, such as delicate buttons or trims, our specialist cleaner will either cover or remove them to prevent any damage during the cleaning process.
Post cleaning examination
Once your garment has gone through the dry cleaning process, our expert cleaners will examine your garment again. Our dry cleaning process works extremely well to remove stubborn stains, including oil-based stains, thanks to the eco-friendly cleaning solvents we use.
However, should our examiner come across a stain that hasn’t been removed effectively, they will then go on to treat the remaining stain using other specialist cleaning techniques to remove any remaining traces and leaving the fabric looking like new.
Getting your garment ready to wear
Once your garment has been thoroughly cleaned and treated, it will then be time to make your garment ready for you to comfortably wear. This includes pressing or steaming the fabric to remove any wrinkles or creases.
Any buttons, trims or embellishments that were removed before cleaning will then be reattached and checked over. We then fold or hang your garment in protective coverings allowing you to collect your clothes and get them home safely without gaining dirt or stains.
Once you have returned home with your dry cleaning, it is important to remove your garments from the protective covering to prevent any dame to your fabrics from trapped moisture build-up.
